Getting Better When You Can’t

We all have our problems.
Some are small and annoying. Others completely derail our lives.
People are always saying we need to get to the core issue if we really want lasting change, but what does that really mean?
This short book is a summary of countless hours of coaching and counseling and over seven years of research for my doctoral dissertation. Many people have been helped by the unconventional approach in this book and I hope it can help you too.

This is in no way a promise or guarantee that the content in this book will produce the changes you desire in your life. Each person is different. Each situation is different. There is no way for me to know whether you are mentally, emotionally, spiritually or physically capable of the kinds of changes you desire. Nor can I know whether you truly understand this content and have applied it correctly. I am not a licensed therapist, a medical professional, or a psychologist. The claims, statements, suggestions, or advice is in no way intended to be construed or understood as coming from such a professional. If you have an addiction, compulsion, or problem, whether it is chemical or otherwise, and have not sought treatment from a trained professional, please do so. This is not intended to replace such professional help, this is intended to supplement professional help. I am a philosopher, a theologian, and hold a PhD in Ethics, thus I approach problems from a philosophical and ethical perspective first and then find ways to apply this perspective to our thinking. This content has proven to be truly helpful in many people's lives and I believe that most people will find it beneficial, but if this is not what you desire, please do not download, purchase or read this book.

If I can help you further in any way, please let me know.
