This is an ongoing series that gets an installment about every 10 weeks. The Psalms are a collection of songs, poems, and spiritual writings which are embraced by nearly all the world’s religions. If the world had to agree on a single book of sacred text, the Psalms would most likely be that point of universal agreement.
My prayer for you in this series is that you will slow down, hit the pause button and let the Psalm of focus resonate within you. Find yourself between the lines of scripture and let the Wisdom of scripture find herself within you. My approach is to provide a few notes of context and Hebrew framework where appropriate, and then to comment only as much as needed to let the words find an entry point into your soul. From there, these words do not need my help.
