The Bible as well as extra-biblical documents record Jesus as a miracle worker. The growth of his ministry to the level recorded in Scripture would not have been possible if it were not for the eye-witness accounts and the numerous miracles that were recorded. Think about it, if his miracles were fables or illusions, there would not be thousands of people in need following him from town to town.
So what do we see when we look closer at the stories depicting these miracles? Put your seatbelt on, because I’m about to take you for a ride and reveal to you what has been hiding in plane sight for two-thousand years. Even if you’ve heard these stories a hundred times, or if you’ve preached them twice that many, I’m willing to bet that the Spirit shows you something your seminary missed.
Prepare to love Christ and understand his message in a way you haven’t before.
